From MovieLine via The Daily Beast: the remarkable room in which the future George VI works with his therapist in ‘The King’s Speech’ had seen other film productions. Says MovieLine:
According to [the gay film producer] Jonno, his video [‘Snookered’] (which was done for the website UK Naked Men) was indeed shot in the exact same room as The King’s Speech at 33 Portland Place, though well before the King of England ever stepped foot onto the set….
Jonno also told Movieline that the video for Amy Winehouse’s smash hit “Rehab” was filmed at the address….
